Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

At this time, Witties ships within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Witties accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. A 10% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

To initiate a return, email shopwitties@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions and a shipping label will be provided.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at shopwitties@gmail.com with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or address changes are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
