Shipping Coverage

At this time, Witties fulfills and ships orders within the United States only.

International shipping, duties, and foreign import handling are currently not offered.

Processing Time

All orders placed through our store are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard Processing: 2–4 business days
  • Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or federal holidays.

If there is a delay due to increased seasonal volume, weather constraints, or supply disruption, customers will be notified via email.

Shipping Methods & Timeline

Witties ships exclusively via carriers that provide reliable domestic delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping options are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier availability and regional conditions.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift due to carrier delays outside our operational control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Carrier service availability
  • Package weight and size

Witties does not currently offer complimentary or free shipping promotions unless stated during a specific offer period.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking details generated directly from the carrier system

Tracking information updates depend solely on the carrier.

If tracking appears delayed or inactive, we recommend allowing 24–48 hours for carrier scan updates.

Missed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Witties is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing.

In such cases, customers are advised to:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify address accuracy submitted during checkout
  3. Contact the carrier to initiate a delivery claim

Once a package is in carrier possession, liability transfers to the shipping service provider.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure full and accurate address entry at checkout.

Witties is not liable for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address
  • Forwarding delays
  • Reshipment fees

If an order is returned due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

Please Note: Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.

Transit Damage or Wrong Item Received

All customers are required to inspect their shipment upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect order

A replacement or resolution will be processed following verification.

Weather & Seasonal Delays

Given regional conditions — particularly Northeast winter impacts — shipments may experience unavoidable delays.

Delays due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier backlog
  • Government restrictions

are outside Witties' direct control. We appreciate your understanding during peak sports seasons and holiday months.

Cancellations

Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the item must follow the standard return process.
