At Witties, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that circumstances may arise where an item needs to be returned, and we aim to provide a clear and fair policy to guide you through the process.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the return and refund conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 Days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • In the same condition as delivered
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Free from odor, stains, or damage not caused during shipping
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items sent back without submitting a return request will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed:

  • You will receive return approval
  • A return shipping label will be provided
  • Instructions on shipping the item back will be shared

Please Note: Do not ship items back without written approval.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Please Note: Witties does not provide free return labels unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale/discounted merchandise
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at checkout

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any issue immediately.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Incorrect product
  • Defective merchandise

A replacement, refund, or corrective action will be issued after verification.

European Union Cooling-Off Rights

If an order is shipped to the European Union (when applicable), customers are entitled to:

  • A 14-Day return window without explanation
  • Product must remain unused, unworn, and in original packaging

These rights apply only if EU shipping services are activated in the future.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks and card issuers may require additional posting time.
  • If 15 business days have passed after approval and the refund has not appeared, contact us at shopwitties@gmail.com

Exchanges

Witties does not administer direct product swaps.

To exchange:

  1. Return the original item using the standard process.
  2. Once approved, place a new purchase for the desired merchandise.

Cancellations After Shipment

If an order is already shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Returns may be submitted once the product is delivered.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking states an item is “Delivered” but cannot be located:

  • Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim
  • Check property surroundings, neighbors, and building managers

Witties is not liable for packages reported delivered by the carrier but not located by the recipient.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Witties, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all return and refund terms stated above.
